Shipping Policy:
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Yadain Cultural Solutions. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy, International Shipping Policy, Shipment processing time and terms.
All orders are processed within 3-10 business days unless large volume orders due to online sales or discounts. Please allow an additional 3-7 business days for delivery. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

In the rare event that an item you order is out of stock at the time of shipment, we will reach out to you within 48 hours to discuss a suitable replacement. You may choose to accept a comparable item, or receive a full refund for the out-of-stock item. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we will automatically substitute your out of stock item, with a comparable item for you. This helps us avoid unnecessary delayed shipping times. When an item is out of stock and we replace it with an item that is comprable or of same quality and value, we will automatically add a free product for the inconvenience of not having the product you originally ordered.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
**Free Shipping** is not available during any online sale or promotion. If you choose to checkout without using the promo code, The "Free Shipping" Promotion will still not be redeemable.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States,
Delivery delays can occasionally occur Please contact us for overnight shipping request.
Shipment to Posted Address:
Yadain Cultural Solutions is not responsible or liable for any packages returned or not received due to invalid, incorrect or misspelled addresses. In addition, we do not ship to PO boxes. Please be sure to include only a valid U.S address when filling out the shipping form.
We are not liable for return packages that were accidentally shipped out to PO boxes. If this happens, the customer is responsible to pay for additional shipment cost to the correct address.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-72 hours depending on when the courier scans the shipment for final destination. Once your shipment confirmation has been sent there will be No Refund or Cancellations unless the unopened, non tampered package is returned to the Yadain Cultural Solutions Headquarters at 100 W. Chelten ave. Phila, Pa. 19144. There will be an additional 25% restocking fee once order is received and confirmed that the returned package has all items, with its original seal. At that time, a refund will be issued immediately minus the restocking fee and original shipping cost.
Damages:
Yadain Cultural Solutions will not be liable for any products lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by courier.

To initiate a claim or report an issue with your order, please contact us within seven (7) days of the delivery date. Claims or issues raised after the seven (7) day period will not be processed.
International Shipping Policy:
We currently do international shipping to the U.K. only. These shipments are subject to different shipping rates.

Discount/Promotion Terms:
Any promotion that includes free products in exchange for a purchase on the site, are strictly subjected to the terms given in the email campaign sent to members ONLY. Yadain Cultural Solutions are not liable for misunderstandings regarding these terms if terms are not listed on the site. Free products during promotion are selected at the discretion of Yadain Cultural Solutions LLC ONLY.

PICK-UP TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Product Availability and Pick-Up Expectations
We kindly ask that you carefully review all of our Terms and Conditions prior to arriving for showroom pick-up.
Due to high order volume and rapid product turnover, we are unable to guarantee that all items in your order will be stocked or available at the time of your arrival. However, we will make every effort to restock unavailable items as quickly as possible and will notify you once they become available.
If an item in your order is unavailable at the time of your visit, you will have the following options:

Swap the item for a comparable product of similar value, subject to availability

Receive a pick-up code to return at a later date once the item has been restocked
We strongly recommend contacting our customer support team prior to arrival to confirm product availability in the showroom.
Please note that showroom pick-up orders differ from warehouse shipments. Our retail staff and floor associates prioritize assisting in-store customers and managing daily showroom operations. As such, they are not obligated to pull or pre-package pick-up orders in advance, and we cannot guarantee that your order will be prepared ahead of your arrival in the same manner as warehouse-fulfilled shipments.​
1a.- General
These Terms and Conditions govern all orders selected for “Pick-Up from Our Showroom.” By choosing this option, you agree to comply with the terms provided.

2. Order Confirmation
All showroom pick-up orders must be confirmed prior to collection. Pickup is available immediately after purchase; however, not all products may be in stock. If an item is unavailable, you may choose to swap for a comparable product or receive a pickup code to collect the item once it is back in stock. The code will be provided by an associate, and you may check back weekly for restocked products.
3. Identification Requirements
Customers must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a copy of the order confirmation (digital or printed) at the time of collection. The name on the ID must match the name on the order.
4. Authorized Third-Party Collection
If you wish to authorize another person to collect your order on your behalf, they must present:

We reserve the right to refuse release of the order if these requirements are not met.

5. Pick-Up Timeframe
Orders must be collected within the timeframe specified in your confirmation notification. Orders not collected within this period may be subject to cancellation, restocking fees, or storage charges.

6. Inspection Upon Collection
Customers are required to inspect their items at the time of pick-up. By accepting the order, you acknowledge that the items are in satisfactory condition. Any issues must be reported immediately before leaving the showroom.

7. Returns and Exchanges
All returns or exchanges for showroom pick-up orders are subject to our standard Return and Exchange Policy. Certain items may not be eligible for return.

8. Payment Terms
Full payment must be completed prior to pick-up unless otherwise agreed. Orders with outstanding balances will not be released.

9. Liability
Once the order has been collected and signed for, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or misuse after collection.

10. Showroom Hours and Access
Pick-ups are available only during designated showroom hours. Please check our official communication channels for current operating times. We reserve the right to modify hours without prior notice.

11. Health and Safety Compliance
Customers must comply with all applicable health and safety regulations while on the premises. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service.

12. Changes and Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations must be requested before the order is picked up. Once the order is picked up, modifications may not be possible, such as swapping products or refunds for products once they have left the showroom site.

13. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse order release if any of these Terms and Conditions are not met or if fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

14. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always apply.
