• Essential Fatty Acids (EFA's) are sometimes referred to as Vitamin F. It refers to omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Vitamin F is composed of two fatty acids, Linoleic Acid (LA) and Alpha-Linoleic Acid (ALA). Linoleic Acid is considered to be the most complete fatty acid. Coconut oil is also known for its high content of fatty acids and is Vitamin F fortified. We have infused Omega-3 and Omega-6 in this dynamic product to insure quality and a successful healing process.
