No Exchange No Refund

Yadain Cultural Solutions LLC. has a No Exchange & No Refund policy. We do not accept returns except for the below mentioned reasons. Exchanges are not allowed. Replaced Items & Refunds are discretionary based upon Administrative investigation.

 

Defective Products

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@yadainco.com with details and pictures of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 5-10 business days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.

 

Replaced/Refunded Items

If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.

Shipping a Returned Item

Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Canceled Orders

Once an order has been successfully placed, (all customers automatically receive a "Thank you for your order" confirmation sent to their email used at checkout) and has been placed in Que with shipping and handling, no cancellations are accepted at this point. However, if you would like to cancel your order, please reject the package at delivery with the courier or immediately return the package, unopened using a prepaid slip. Upon receipt you will be issued a refund. Please see "Replaced/Refunded Item" and "Shipping a Returned item"

 

In-Store Pickup

In- Store Pickup is not a option unless offered at check-out. If you choose to purchase your current order's idenical items at one of our retail locations, you will not be refunded for the current order in que, unless the package is either rejected at delivery or the un-opened package is returned. Please see "Canceled Orders"
